GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS SEMI-PRO-LEAGUE

BASIC
- Semi-Pro League is organized and supported by the portal generals-zh.ru

- To take part in the Semi-Pro-League you need: to have installed the game C&C Generals: Zero Hour, the last official patch 1.04, which can be downloaded here, as well as anti-cheat program GenTool version not below 7.0 enabled download mode replays and screenshots to the server (KEEP ALL). In case of interruption of the server, the player must keep track of that the screenshots stored on the hard disk, and they can be present judges of the League for the first request. The latest version can be downloaded GenTool on the official website of the program.
- Is prohibited to use in-game cheats and hacks and bugs game, with a list of which is highly recommended to read here (scud-bug, money-bug, TOW-bug, laser-bug and frenzy-bug). The latest version of HD-pack Detroit is not prohibited. For these violations to the player threatens immediate disqualification.

REGISTRATION

DATES
- Registration is open from 21 to 26 September, 12:00 UTC.
- 12th season Semi-Pro League starts on September 26 at 22:00 and will run until 11 October inclusive (until 20:59).
- Finals Semi-Pro League, which will be attended by 4 of the best fighters from each of the two groups will be held from October 12 to October 18 inclusive.
- League Cup, which will bring together the top 8 fighters Pro League and the top 8 Semi-Pro, will be held from October 12 to October 20 inclusive.
- Abutting matches between the 3rd and 4th place from the end of the table that will take players on the Pro League results and between the 3rd and 4th place Final Semi-Pro, will be held on 19 and 20 October.

In addition, for each match between the players will be made automatically timetable. Follow the schedule of games in the same order, which will be specified for each player individually, not necessarily - but it is desirable. This allows players to agree on a time and place for the benefit of their own convenience. However, in the same general time frame set all games must be completed.

RULES OF GAMES
1) The method conducting the League: 1x1, on-line.
2) The system conducting the League: Circular (each with each) + Fixes-3-Sets. This means that each member has to play a league match for all players. This match consists of three (3) battles, and not depending on the result, the players are obliged to play all three battles. Therefore score of the match can be either 3-0 or 2-1 - the third game to be played for definitely.
3) Selection of the army: open random. This means that when you play the GOL function GT "random balance" must be set in the mode on. When playing in other places, the players are required at the start of each match directly in the first 7 seconds to write in PUBLIC chat name of his faction.
4) Each player has one chance to refuse and do not play a match-up that gave the random. In the game with each individual opponent is given one chance.
