All players must have Skype in their profiles.

Being from Pennsylvania and having my native language being English I put the rules and regulations in English as well.

All you have to do to see them is click on the "English" flag in the upper-right corner of the page to see them.

I will add the rules and regulations in Russian as well to fix this problem.

There is no first mirror, the players have to decide which mirror they want to play before each game, it shouldn't be too hard, considering how you aren't allowed to choose the same mirror twice.
